CLX Office focuses on your in-office contact lens processes, while CLX Patient allows your patients to re-order online from your website.We partner with the most reputable contact lens suppliers in the industry (and allow you to choose from a list of preferred suppliers), ensuring your practice and your patients quality products and outstanding customers service.


CLX Office Easy for your office staff /management


CLX Office gives you the tools to streamline your ordering process,manage all your “in-process orders” fromthe supplier, and instantly pull up real time CL fittingmetrics. CLX Office includes:

  • CLX Easy Order – Streamline your ordering process through the most intuitive and reliable web ordering system in the industry
  • CLX Management Dashboard – Track all your contact lens business from the CLX dashboard in real time and quickly pull up the status of a specific patient order. You can even view orders that are in a specific stage of order status, such as backorder, ready for shipping, waiting for patient pick up.
  • CLX Fit Reporting – Analyze your contact lens fitting trends (again, in real time) by office, by doctor or by your overall practice. It’s an easy away to accurately know your annual supply metrics, your daily/weekly/monthly fitting percentages and other key metrics.

Here’s how CLX Office works:

  1. Your staff enters a contact lens order into the system
  2. The order is electronically routed to the appropriate supplier
  3. The order is shipped to either your office or directly to your patient

CLX Patient Easy for your patients


The CLX Patient Module allows your patients to re-order their contact lenses from your website – anytime, anywhere. Once an order is placed and approved by your staff, it will be conveniently shipped by the supplier directly to the patient.

Here’s how CLX Patient works:

  1. A patient places a contact lens re-order online from your website
  2. Your practice receives an order alert
  3. After verification by your staff (in accordance with the Fairness to Contact Lens Consumer Act), the order is electronically routed to the appropriate supplier
  4. The order is shipped directly to the patient

All orders are approved and tracked through the CLX Office - Management Dashboard, so that you can always have access to patient re-order activity.
