St. Louis, Missouri—Opti-Port, LLC, a national alliance of multi-office eye care providers, will hold SPARK, its 7th annual member conference prior to Vision Expo West in Las Vegas, NV, on Wednesday, September 17th. This year, prospective members are invited to attend – free of charge – the keynote address, interactive workshops and member reception.
Randy Street, co-author of New York Times #1 Best Seller Who – The A Method for Hiring, will offer a practical and proven approach to hiring the best person for any position within an eye care organization. Attendees will receive take home tools for easy, immediate implementation that will improve hiring success and impact business performance. Other key topics throughout the day will include building a successful sun center, an update on digital lab trends and leveraging the contact lens patient to grow that category of business. Following the conference, Opti-Port will host its member reception.
