Post-Pandemic, after the changes you have made over the past year, what strategies are you still utilizing and/or thinking of continuing to leverage? Is telehealth here to stay? As the COVID-19 situation emerged last year, many Opti-Port members moved quickly to implement telehealth solutions to continue to serve patients and generate revenue while offices were closed or patient flow was low. In this interactive roundtable discussion, we’ll discuss what we’ve learned through our telehealth initiatives over the last year, share what’s worked and what hasn’t, and update each other on our post-pandemic telehealth strategy.
