AT VISION EXPO
The Opti-Port SPARK Conference is designed to facilitate information sharing amongst like-minded business owners focused specifically on managing multi-office optometric businesses. Because of this best practice sharing, attendees are able to spark ideas, spark connections and spark growth for their companies each year.
Each year, Opti-Port members gather to share best practices, create business systems and improve business operations related to managed vision care insurance at Opti-Port's annual Managing Managed Care Workshop.
This is a can't miss event for anyone who sets up third party plans, handles vision insurance billing or is instrumental in improving the managed care operations in your practice.
Recent agenda items include updates from major carriers, credentialing processes, coordinating billing between medical and vision insurance, and more.
The Opti-Port Marketing Mastermind group combines brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting in order to sharpen your practice's marketing and personal skill set.
This group meets virtually several times per year and in-person once a year for an in-depth roundtable discussion with marketing managers and directors from other Opti-Port members. During the meeting, attendees compare their marketing initiatives and explore the most effective methods of acquiring new patients and retaining your existing ones.
